Policies 
Group Lessons:
To ensure availability of classes for all players, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all groups. If you or your child are not able to attend, you are responsible for cancelling your registration through your CourtReserve account. If sessions are cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will receive credit to book another class. Registration cancelled less than 24 hours in advance is not eligible for credit. 

Camps/Special Events:
In order to receive a credit, camp registration must be cancelled 7 days before the first day of camp and special event registration must be cancelled 3 days before the event begins. 

Private Lessons:
Coaches must be given at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of private lessons. If notice is not given, players are subject to the lesson total. 

Weather Policies:
Rain: If courts are not dry for lessons, email notifications will be sent out to all players registered and refunds will be given.
Temperature: If the actual or wind chill factor is under 32 degrees, lessons may be called off.
Wind: If there are sustained winds over 30 mph, lessons may be called off.
